St Michael’s Church of England Primary School is an inclusive school that welcomes children from all backgrounds and abilities. Children are normally admitted into the Reception class at the beginning of the academic year in which their fifth birthday falls and remain at the school until they have completed the academic year in which they reach the age of eleven.
Parents who are considering sending their children to the school are invited to make an appointment with the Headteacher and visit the school while it is in session.
The number of pupils admitted to the Reception Class in each academic year is determined by agreement with the Area Education Authority and with regard to the school’s facilities. The admissions limit in the Reception class for the year 2018/19 is 30 pupils.
